poor comfort

i almost thought this hotel was nice, but then i realized the air conditioning was non-existent on a scorching day. a fan? seriously? the staff’s service was lackluster, almost painful to witness. i expected at least a small upgrade or some kind of special treatment, but was greeted with disappointment instead.
